Authorised for HumanGuide Basic means firstly that you are authorised to use Humanguide Cards. In addition, you must be able to carry out the TeamPlay exercise to improve teamwork with Cards. Furthermore, you should be able to do a PersonProfile with Cards in order to investigate the motivations of a person. The results can then be used, for example, to assess the personality of a candidate in connection with recruitment/staffing. Finally, you should be able to manage the internet-based IT system for PersonProfiles.
