How do I stay motivated – 80 year and still running my business?

Well, by having identified my ‘jackpot’ activity with HumanGuide – that is, what should I do when I’m using at the same time all my strongest factors Imagination, Structure, Quality and Power – according to the personality theory Eight boxes (more on humanguide.com).

In my case, I’ve figured out it’s: Solving complex problems with a positive social purpose. I’ve now been doing that for many years 😉 What’s yours jackpot activity?

Another principle is ‘bubble hopping’, which I’ve written about in this blog post https://www.humanguide.org/en/blog/individual/what-are-you-missing-by-being-in-the-same-bubbles-almost-all-the-time

I’m now writing articles more often, both on LinkedIn and on the blog linked to my website. It’s often the same article, but there are more visitors on LinkedIn – for now, at least😉 They also have a newsletter feature, which I’d recommend. If you sign up as a subscriber there, you’ll be notified when new articles are published. Here’s a link to the latest article. For those who aren’t very good at English, DeepL is a great service. The basic version is free.

To our success,

Rolf (8.0, if my sons upgrade me on the birthday party)

P.S. But of course caring about my health is basic. Jogging twice 4 km per week and gym also twice a week. Plus mostly good food e.g. some vegetables😉

Why not subscribe for my newsletter HumanGuide News? Then click here... It is on Linkedin (every second week)
