In Sweden, the following external consultants are currently authorised for CARDS

Authorised for HumanGuide Cards means that you have a general knowledge of the underlying theory of personality. In addition, you should be able to complete the TeamPlay exercise to improve teamwork with Cards. Furthermore, you should be able to do a PersonProfile with Cards to investigate the drivers (motivation) of a person. The results can then be used, for example, to assess the personality of a candidate in connection with recruitment/staffing.
