Application areas
In this privacy policy you find the systems that Humankonsult AB uses for managing personal data in our website and in social media. This is valid for the website www.humanguide.orgincluding all other website addresses that are transferred to this website. Moreover, this is also valid for our eShop with the address https://humanguideshop.myshopify.com Another application area is our web apps your.humanguide.se, cards.humanguide.se and mobile.humanguide.se. The latter can only be used by authorized users. Note that in the web app your.humanguide.se, the person who has done our personality test, HumanGuide, can see all of his/her personal data, which has been registered in our test management system. We also have systems for contact and finance management, which handle personal data. We also use Skype, Google Analytics and AdWords, Linkedin, Facebook, YouTube, SlideShare, Instagram, Twitter, Meetup, Pinterest, Tumblr, WhatsUp and WeChat.
Do we share personal data?
We only share your personal data, when this is a legal requirement or otherwise as permitted by law. In some cases, we use IT partners, who help us with marketing or handling agreements and orders, such as bank and credit card companies or suppliers in marketing and IT. In such cases, we have entered into an agreement with our IT partners, which ensures that there are on-site security measures to protect your data. When we share your data these will be used for the same purpose as we initially collected them for.We have high requirements for the transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. In cases where such happens, for example, IT services of different kinds, it takes place according to high standards and agreements. Currently, the operations of our websites humanguide.org and humanguide.tictail.com are done outside of Sweden.We also share your personal data with some companies/organisations, who are responsible for their personal data, such as government agencies or companies that offer independent payment solutions. These companies/organisations themselves determine how the data should be processed in accordance with their privacy policy and the law.In social media we are solely responsible for any personal data that we publish or may influence the publication of. There we have other processors, who assist us.

For our test management system, we have a personal agreement with our authorized users, because we are there their processor of personal data.

This policy can be changed from time to time. We will have one for our websites and social media posted on our website. When applicable, we will follow that policy also for our general systems.
The rights for the registered person and how they are handled
- Having access to their personal data, i.e. the registered person can notify us to access the data we have registered. Once a year
- Adjusting incorrect information or completing the data, i.e. the registered person can notify us, if any information is incorrect or something needs to be changed/supplemented for other reasons
- To delete a registered data, i.e. the registered person can notify us of having his/her data deleted

- To have opinions on automated decision making and profiling. We do not use automated decision making and profiling
- Transferring data to any other system, i.e. when we handle the system, we can transfer data, if a standard format can be used. For other systems, this can only be done in agreement with our processor of data

Complaints to the supervisory authority

NOTE! This privacy policy may be used as an example, so everyone should not have to invent such a "wheel". However, I can't guarantee that everything is correct, because I'm not a lawyer ... BUT I think we don’t want to compete with each other in this area ... In addition, I have the opinion that the Swedish Data Inspection should have done some examples that at least small businesses should be able to use, so that we can devote ourselves to our core business. This increases our turnover and then it will be more tax for schools, care and care!!!
